Horrible experience all around when I lived here. Lost my rent payment (thank god I had proof because they were ready to evict me) the maintenance lady randomly walked into my apartment for no reason at all, staff at the time were very rude and gave attitude because I asked for a signed copy of my rent payment (especially since they lost my other payment) and the stair well stayed dirty with chicken bones and trash. Random people would know the code to the building and sleep in the stairwell (I would see them when I went out for work) and idk if it was kids or what but random tugging and banging on my door. The unit was nice but not worth the headache. Never felt like home. I seen an advertisement for a unit that look nearly identical to mine so you can definitely find the same layout some

DON'T make this mistake. No one is in the front office majority of the time. A lot of transients have access to the building by codes but honestly do not live here. They enjoy hanging out like residents and leave trash everywhere for maintenance to clean up which is ridiculous. Had to go off on neighbors about throwing parties up into the night time. Management said they couldn't do anything about it but leave noise complaints and that I need to continue to call the police whom also have no access to the building, therefore I have to be present for every call. I'm on my third day no AC in my unit its AUGUST IN THE NORTH CAROLINA HEAT I have a newborn, three middle ages children and two days. Decent place to stay. However they never answer the phone & it’s completely frustrating especially when you can’t physically go to the leasing office because of your work schedule. They also have no sense of urgency for their tenants.

Jennifer you're the greatest!!! Great customer services, answer every question I had and always made sure I understood anything. I would recommend Volaire Apartment to anyone. This is a great place to stay. Thank You Jennifer
