The Vivien Apartments Vero Beach

My mother recently downsized to a two-bedroom apartment at The Vivien, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff, especially Nicole, went above and beyond to make her feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly patient and helpful, guiding her through the smart home technology and making sure she felt right at home. Truly outstanding care and attention—highly recommend!

Mike was amazing explaining what made the Vivien the right choice in making it my home. The Apartment he showed me was incredible, like having a custom-built Apartment. The smart Appliances along with being the first person to ever live in the unit was a huge selling point for me. The Huge Fitness Center blew my mind and will save me money from having to keep a gym membership. The pool area and other amenities just put this place above the rest. This is truly an Ultra Luxury Apartment Community, and I can't wait to move in. Thanks again Mike!

Coming from New York City, I had high expectations, and The Vivien has exceeded them in every way. The apartments are clean, open, and thoughtfully designed, with a modern, tech-forward setup that feels both high-end and functional. Every detail feels intentional, and the space is comfortable, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The building itself continues to impress. The upcoming amenities building opening on January 31 is especially exciting and speaks to how much care is being put into creating a community, not just an apartment complex. I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Vivien and the incredible administrative team, Nicole and Mike! As a Realtor, I’m very detail-oriented (and admittedly picky) and making the transition from selling my home I loved for 24 years into renting could have been overwhelming, but they made the entire process seamless and reassuring. Nicole and Mike are professional, genuinely kind, incredibly helpful, and most certainly patient. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly supported every step of the way. This is a beautiful, luxury community, and having such a caring, competent team makes it even more special.

The amenities are excellent, and the apartments themselves are beautifully designed on the inside. Unfortunately, the exterior color scheme takes away from what is otherwise a high-end property. The neon blue and gray give the building a cheaper appearance and significantly diminish the overall luxury feel of the complex. It’s especially noticeable when compared to nearby developments that use more refined, timeless exterior colors. With a different palette, this place could truly match the quality of its interiors. Minus one star for having the exact same color scheme of a separate low income neighborhood in town.
