Absolutely great management, the front office staff are always helpful, respectful and very knowledgeable.. Maintenance is always on point the couple of times I've requested service. Both maintenance mechanics are professional, polite and very knowledgeable in there fields.. Neighbors have been very nice and friendly and everything just works out perfectly. If you're in the need of a change take a tour of the development. I'm very grateful for the area I'm in. I've been lucky with having such a great group of neighbors in my immediate surroundings. Highly recommended

Stay FAR FAR away. From horrible maintenance “fixes”, to black mold that took over 7 months to be cleaned and fixed, broken appliances, a biohazard of a public pool. This complex is a perfect example of what happens when a large private equity firm owns multi unit housing. Throw in overworked and incompetent management and you have The Vistas. If you are an animal lover you do get your own flock of buzzards due to a constantly broken trash compactor.

Booked a tour appointment at 2:30PM 12/5 and I was stood up by the leasing office. I tried calling but the office was closed and with no one to talk to. Thank you. On to the next apartment complex.

The neighbors here are polite and it’s very calm and quiet here. The maintenance crew Mr Ricky and his assistant are very kind and always do their best to take care of things in a timely matter and always explain situations in layman terms so we can understand what is going on. As far as the front office there aren’t enough words to say how both Britannys go over and beyond to help you and take time to listen to you. When I was having to transfer to another unit they made it so smooth and stress free. So to all the staff here Thank you for everything you do!

Things have definitely gotten better since the new manage Jessica came on and I love the resident event!!
