4.8 10/31/2025 Amazing Team work here hands down [Incentivized Review] I have Lived here for over approximately 17 years, and I have had the opportunity to be able to work with the nicest and kindest individuals. Just recently we encountered problems with our air conditioning unit; the maintenance team on the staff right now are completely amazing and have gone above and beyond everything that they have tried to do to make it comfortable and an easy process for not only my animals, but our family. They have exceeded and gone above and beyond to make sure the accommodations and the problem have been fixed. If you are a tenant or a future tenant and have a question or a need, just ask them. You may be pleasantly surprised by the answer or solution. Management has been understanding and fair. Tenants or future tenants should keep in mind that this complex is owned by a real estate investment firm. (A corporation). We moved here in a pinch when we needed somewhere to go and within the first year of living here we had little to no issues and enjoyed living here. However when it came to renewing our lease, that’s when we kept running into issues. Office staff is quick to make sure you’re doing what they want and breathing down your neck to fix things regarding your balcony yet they can’t pick up the phone to give you 24 hour notice that they’ll be turning your water off. Can’t rinse and repeat with no water. Or they can contact you they’re raising your rent for utilities because of the newborn you just gave birth to right away but you have to call them consistently to fix any recurring issues you have with your unit and they’ll get to it when it’s convenient for them. The staff at The Vistas are always friendly and nice when we go inside. The area is safe where you can see the security guards and it’s well-maintained. I really enjoy my time here in The Vistas.

The apartments are pretty nice and the landscaping is always well kept maintenance doesn’t have you waiting for weeks if you have an issue, there are three pools and two dog parks which is awesome for whichever side you move into
