If you are interested in renting a subpar property, look no further. If you’re looking for a property that has a leaky ceiling from the neighbors above, and want to wait weeks to have it repaired, you are in the right spot. If you are looking to be blamed for things that are obviously out of your control, ie leaky ceiling, then by god, you’ve found where you need to go. If you’re looking for your cold air return to drip incessantly, and be told that it’s completely normal, this is where you need to be. I’ve never had a more terrible experience renting than I have going through river city.
