The Vista at Winter Park

This place is absolute trash now. There is dog feces all over this property and the leasing office staff and property management company SNS Property Management could care less. (I had to remove all my photos of the dog feces all over the sidewalks because Google would not allow the post) I have personally been telling the leasing office weekly about dog feces everywhere. They can't even find the time to send out an email about it or post up signs to stop it or at least let people know there is some form of fine or consequence to these actions. We get nothing! To make matters worse several of the lights on this property don't work. Which leads to constantly stepping in dog feces when walking your own pet. Yaritza was very helpful since the beginning! From the moment we tour the apartment all the way. She made the moving so easy and was very attentive. We called 100+ times and she answers 100+ times. We couldn’t be happier! I recommend it to everyone!

I lived here for 2 years and my experiences living here were not bad. There was a different management team when I first applied and the process was quick but communication was very messy. Upon moving in, the apartment was not cleaned very well but I made sure to keep everything logged during the walk through before moving my stuff in. The floors had stains on them, the washer machine was coated in dog hair and mildew, windows and window sills had sitting water and mildew stains. It was not what I expected but I recorded it all and before I brought my belongings I made sure to clean everything thoroughly. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE The townhome we were promised was not at all what we got. We were told the townhome was under new renovation and then we found out that really someone was currently living there! The welcome letter we received and the unit we applied for was not the unit they showed us. Not even the same street address or unit number. The management never disclosed any room dimensions to us even after countless times we asked. For the record, both the “master bedrooms” are about 9x9 feet. I measured out my basic queen size bed frame that is 6x7 feet and it never would’ve fit inside the room comfortably. The AC unit in the unit was disgusting. Covered in black dust and filth. If I can give zero stars I would. I lived in the complex for 2 1/2 years my first year great the second year the amount of roaches I have seen no matter how clean the apartment was they flooded through breaking my oven when I told them nothing was done. Things that were broken from moving in still broken. We pay for extermination every month on our rent but we need to make an appointment for them to come only on a Monday is BS to me, rent going up every year another $100 is crazy. Look at reviews before coming to live here it’s beautiful but the office don’t do anything until it’s too late. Change your policy and have extermination done every month like they do in other places.
