We’ve been living here several months now. 1. Haven’t seen their elevator work once. It’s definitely not a safe place for kids and babies. With stroller and baby the stairs are impossible and you have to go through the garage which is too dangerous. Some drivers overspeed even though there’s bumps. 2. The trash situation is as shown in the picture, awful! 3. Is the ceiling too thin? The noise upstairs is impossible to ignore. They wrestle, run, jump and party all night until 5 6 AM in the morning. Tried to tell them couple of times but they didn’t even bother to open the door. Called security didn’t even open the door to them. Told office several times. They told me they will send e-mail lol who reads email this days. They don’t care about their tenants at all. 4. The gym doesn’t work and

Unsafe, neglected, and completely mismanaged since new management took over This building became unlivable after the management company changed. We moved in almost a year ago. Before the change, the building was fine. Since the new management took over, it has been systematically neglected. This is not about “minor inconveniences”. This is about safety, basic services, and gross mismanagement. Constant trash accumulation in hallways, stairwells, and parking areas. This is not occasional — it’s ongoing neglect. Water shutoffs without any notice. No emails, no postings, no warnings. This alone shows total disregard for tenants. Broken fire extinguisher cabinets with shattered glass have been sitting in our hallway for MONTHS. This is a clear safety issue, not a cosmetic one. Elevators co

Update: I believe there have been real attempts to fix this problem. I have had a fine experience for the most part, but the trash situation is out of control. I understand that the *tenants* are the ones leaving trash everywhere, not the management, but it's management's responsibility to enforce the rules. Emails saying "this violates the lease agreement" don't matter if there is no follow up. As for people having problems with maintenence, it's probably because the poor maintenence guys spend 8 hours a day picking up trash

This whole complex is one giant joke. I have lived here at Viridian for going on 5 years and this has been a mess from day one. March 2021 my car was broken into, reported it to the police and management and the management (which was Greystar at the time) did nothing. April 2021, the mail room was broken into and many of the mailbox panels were broken into so that the person can steal everyone Covid stimulus checks and USPS held everyone's mail for 2 weeks while the repairs were being done and they would not release anyone's mail at the local post office. Same thing happened again in both May and June that same year. In the meantime the garage was under constant construction for patching potholes and resurfacing with this rubbery coating which means it total it took almost 2 years to final

I have lived here for over a year and it’s just gotten worse. We had disgusting cockroaches somehow in our 3rd floor apartment, I called and they said they are working on a new pest control contract/company and they’d let me know when they could come out. They didn’t so I called again and finally got someone out here but they have yet to follow up with round two spray and it’s been a month. My request got canceled and not sure why and I have to call AGAIN for an update on this issue. Maintenance never gets handled in a timely manner, the elevators have been broken for over a year which is insane. The gym and basketball court are both being renovated for like 5 months which is also insane…. There’s no urgency and they don’t care about the residents here. Also the floors you can always hear
