If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were interested in a property and submitted our applications, and we were charged an additional fee by the leasing agent. She assured us that the extra charge would be refunded. She showed us an apartment that was nowhere near ready—roach infestation, dirty carpet, dirty counters. She then showed us a second apartment, which was also incomplete. Because of this, we decided not to move forward and were told again that our refund would be processed. This was back in May. We followed up the next month and were told the refund was “still being processed.” We went again in October, only to be told by the assistant manager, Irma, that she had no information about our refund and that the previous leasing agents had been fired. I feel like after living at The Vines for nearly 5 years, I can appropriately speak to the quality of the complex. If you need a cheap roof over your head and are ok with bugs and roaches, 0 assistance from maintenance, constant property turnover so high that your lease renewals are lost, trash cans always being full, trash piled outside due the the trashcans, flooding streets, minimal parking, loud neighbors more often than not, and a generally unsafe area then this is the place for you. If you can't handle all of those things, then continue your search. This is the kind of apartment that I would only ever feel comfortable "recommending" (in quotes because I can't actually recommend it) to college age males. "Manager came in clutch, got corporate to do the right thing and honor a refund I was owed. Thank you" is what i was asked to write for the management to get my refund however they kept the refund and used my moveout as a way to keep it again! I love living at The Vines! The location is great, close to shopping and highways, making it easy to get around. The apartments are spacious and modern, with big windows and nice finishes. The kitchen and bathroom are both really nice. The complex has amazing amenities, like a great gym, a pool, and grilling areas. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help with any issues. They keep everything clean and well-maintained. Safety is a big plus with secure parking and well-lit paths. The community feels welcoming, and there are often events to bring everyone together. The Vines is perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. Highly recommended!

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The community is quiet and well-kept, the staff is always friendly and quick to respond, and the amenities make it feel like home. Maintenance requests are handled fast and the grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free place to live!
