The Villas on Eastview

The Villas on Eastview is an amazing place to live! My family and I love it! The entire staff is exceptional, especially Marianne! Always there to help and assist (even with my endless amount of questions). The units are big, spacious, clean, and modern! We definitely enjoy coming home; and the community is great as well. Friendly neighbors, clean and very well maintained. I can't wait for the clubhouse to be completed! Definitely recommend! Also, the location is perfect with access to major highways, train stations, and shopping centers nearby.

I’ve had a really positive experience living at this complex. The community is clean, safe, quiet, and well maintained, and the location is super convenient. I feel comfortable here, which is really important to me. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the staff has been friendly and responsive. Marianne especially has been wonderful. She’s kind, professional, and always willing to help, which really makes a difference. Overall, it feels like a comfortable and welcoming place to call home, and I’m glad I chose to live here.

We’ve been here for nine months now. We love it, brand new everything, super clean and community as a whole is great. We had our first snow storm last weekend and all the snow was removed promptly. We had one issue where our light in our fridge disconnected and they had it fixed within six hours. Marianne and Michael have been great (the office) once we had an important delivery that came during work and with a quick email to Marianne she made sure that it was secure for us until we came home. We are looking forward for the clubhouse opening so we can meet more members of the community!

It has been two weeks since we moved in at our unit in The Villas On Eastview and we are enjoying it very much! When we scheduled our first tour, it was Meg who met with us and gave us the tour of all four model units. She was very thorough and going over all the details and promotions.The process of submitting our application was fairly quick and easy. Marianne helped us through the application process to get approved. She has been an integral part of our transition and has been very helpful every step of the way. That said, the unit that we are living in now is an upgrade to where we were living. If anyone is looking for two bedroom units, I highly recommend The Villas On Eastview, especially considering all the available units shown on their page are brand new!

the villas on eastview is a great place to live. My wife gave birth to our first child 6 months ago and we’re so happy that we chose here. It’s very spacious big closets and we love the high ceilings . Maintaince is super quick to respond if you have any issues. Snow removal is quick we cannot wait till the pool opens and the clubhouse!
