I’ve been living at this property for more than three years, and it truly feels like home. Overall, the management and maintenance experience has been very positive. The management team is extremely attentive to details and residents’ requests. Ms. Chandra and Ms. Stacey are amazing—always professional, responsive, and truly caring about the residents. The maintenance work is always completed in a timely manner and carried out very professionally. Kody is an excellent maintenance technician with great skills and a wonderful personality. He is always available to help, fixes issues promptly, and takes care of everything in a professional and respectful way—you can place a work order and be confident it will be handled without needing to follow up. I'm not actually sure why there's so much negative reviews. I guess it's subjective. Most people who are actually numerous in number don't leave reviews of positive experiences. I'm here to do justice. It's a lovely place to be. On tiger bus route, safe, quiet environment and lovely, friendly staff. They resolved home equipment issues quickly and maintain the area well. You will mostly get an unfurnished apartment but you'll stock up in time.

We decided to move here about a year ago mainly because of convenience and the office staff we dealt with was understanding and helpful. Well, the first 8 months go by and things are generally okay other than the stench of sewer outside. After moving in I took down the air vents to clean them and they were so disgusting that the water used to clean them turned black. On the way home from vacation in April, I got a call that there was a sewer backup upstairs which flooded my downstairs apartment. When I got home, they had thrown all of my belongings out of the closets and on the floor in the bedrooms and taken out the carpet padding in only a quarter of the apartment. House keeping showed up so I left to let them clean, 20 minutes later, I returned to get some cash that was left laying out

(I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX) Adding onto the previous review post two months before this message…I would like to agree and verify management of the complex is horrible. Briefly explaining I put in multiple complaints of noise to management with Shivaun Dennis disregarded them on each occasion. After management refused to get involved and law enforcement also wouldn’t due to it being management’s job an unfortunate occasion occurred. Four complaints and nearly two months later I received a lease termination warning. Following this I attempted to discuss the issue which led to Shivaun Dennis unprofessional nasty attitude. After living there for two years with zero complaints on us and every payment made on time, with about 5 months left on our lease we wanted to be released due to manag
