The Villas of Pine Valley

I was needing an apartment asap and they made it happen! Everyone I spoke to was over the top friendly and helpful. This is a new company that recently took over the property and from what I can tell it is a very positive thing! I have been here 4 days and there has been so many updates to the grounds! Complex is very quiet and views are beautiful! Thanks again ladies for making this happen for me!!!!

The new manager Shawn is pretty nice and I have to say that he is actually getting stuff done considering he hasn't been here long.and he walked into a TOTAL MESS! However before he came I've begged them to fix a bunch of major stuff. I honestly can't wait to move!! Sewage from the upstairs apartment leaking down into mine at least 2 times a week. Constant turnover in management. I've been here 7 months and there's been 3 different managers. They can't keep anyone long enough to fulfill their obligations. I moved due to constructive eviction and he's still trying to charge me 4000 something dollars when it wasn't a safe unit after doing a walk through with me said it was good and he's not going to charge me saying the unit was left dirty which is a lie I have video proof. We recently got new management and the difference has been noticeable already. They’re very approachable, responsive, and actually care about the residents. They even hosted a pizza event for everyone, which was such a nice touch. It’s great to see management making an effort to build a real sense of community. Looking forward to seeing more positive changes!

I was looking at a lot of apartments and couldn't make a decision but when I saw this place I knew it was the right one. Sherry in the office was super helpful and friendly. Everyone has been very professional and efficient. I appreciate their assistance helping me get into an apartment quickly and easily. The area is really convenient and safe. Highly recommend this property if you're looking in the Etown area.
