Jay is very kind and mindful of all his inspection details and very thorough doing home inspection nothing left out you can trust in his ability to tell you everything little detail he finds wrong with a home do that you can make the right decision in buying your new home or fixing your home already in your family. He deserves 5 stars I'd give him 110percent on his his grading from us. He has been there to inspect both homes we were going to purchase and now we are purchasing the one he found to be in great shape and just a few very small tiny detailed objects to be be fixed.
