The Reserve At Cool Springs

Our stay at the apartment in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, was perfect. It’s a beautiful place—impeccably comfortable and so peaceful, it feels like a retreat. The service was top-notch, and honestly, I couldn’t ask for more. Definitely a five-star experience. Highly recommended!

The Reserve at Cool Springs is an amazing place to live! The location is perfect—close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, yet peaceful and quiet. The property is beautiful with top-notch amenities like a great pool, fitness center, and plenty of green spaces. If you're looking for luxury and convenience, this is the place.

I rented an apartment here on a 3-month lease with the understanding that after the initial term it would convert to a month-to-month arrangement. When the 3-month lease ended, I informed the office that I needed to move out due to a serious personal safety issue involving an individual who had become obsessive and began stalking me. The situation escalated to the point where law enforcement had to be contacted, and for my safety I had no choice but to leave the property. Despite explaining the circumstances and the safety concerns involved, management informed me that even on a month-to-month lease they require a 60-day notice and are now attempting to charge me two additional months of rent. Being told I must pay two more months of rent after leaving due to a documented safety concern

This property is gorgeous. They even added new units within the last couple of years. Great amenities and great ownership and management team who take care of their residents and staff. Would recommend!

Management at the Reserve has been very responsive and helpful, even on weekends. I put in a maintenance request for my dishwasher and they had it fixed the next day. I needed some help moving an unwieldy piece of furniture up a flight of stairs into my apartment and the maintenance tech, Hector, came over to help. It was not an easy task but with Hector's assistance we were able to do it safely!
