The Villas at Wyndham Lakes Apartments of Coral Springs

Big Shoutout to Mandy the leasing agent. She goes up and beyond to help out residents including myself. As well as the maintenance team, they’ve been amazing and very attentive since the new management company took over. The community is also very clean & my kids love the playground and I feel very safe with them interacting with the other residents kids and some of them even go to my kids school which is a huge plus. The first apartment I’ve been in too see them take care of the property inside and out and Mandy has been so attentive and her personality and knowledge is impeccable. I know if I ever have a problem, Amanda is always my go to and she always can get it resolved very intelligent and beautiful woman. Thank you Mandy and the workers at Wyndham for making my stay feel very warm

I just toured the community with Fabs, and she was absolutely amazing super helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely patient. She answered every question I had and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I’m really looking forward to making this my new home. And look at the pool? It’s absolutely stunning!

Living at the Villa of Wyndham Lakes has been an absolute delight! Not only is the community surrounded by excellent schools, which is perfect for families, but it’s also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I love walking into my home every day—it just feels so warm and inviting. The community is also very dog-friendly with a great dog park. The amenities are top-notch, featuring a small pool, an amazing pool house, and a fantastic gym. The maintenance team is always on top of everything and super responsive whenever I call. It really feels like family here, and I honestly don’t see myself leaving anytime soon.

I’ve been living at the Villa of Wyndham Lakes in Coral Springs for a year now, and I just renewed my lease without hesitation! This place truly feels like home. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure everything is perfect. Special shout-out to Fab, Mandy, and Mario! The maintenance team is on top of everything, Andrew really goes above and beyond. The apartments are gorgeous and super comfortable, and the amenities are fantastic, there’s even a Peloton in the gym! I always look forward to coming home, and I genuinely feel like part of a family here. If I could buy a home here, I would! I’m excited for another year of new adventures. Highly recommend this community!

1 year ago Mandy attended us, showed us the place and guided us throughout the paperwork. We went to other communities too, and I can tell you she made a difference! as she really gave us an exquisite Customer Service + combine that with her joyfull personality... Long Short Story: Last year we decided to stay where we where, but Today when we took the decition to move, we went straight back to her.. And you know what!? She recognized us as soon asn she saw us!! I am so glad moving there knowing that she still works there! She is so helpull, she really goes the extra mile! Mandy is a Gem!
