DISHONEST MANAGEMENT COMPANY HAVEN’T RETURNED MY HOLDING DEPOSIT ITS BEEN 15 MONTHS!!!! If I could give negative stars u would. I was looking for a place to move and found this place. At first it was normal filled out application and then put a holding deposit for the apt I was applying for. Weeks went by I never got a response nor an update much less approval or disapproval even, I eventually found a place so I contacted Charlene numerous times countless emails requesting my deposit back. It has now been 15, yes 15 months later and I still have not received my holding deposit back never got a response to emails they just kept my money and that was that. They are thiefs run the other way! If they do this to prospective residents I don’t even want to know what goes down in the office. Shad

Too many Property Managers, Maintenance was slow to act on anything. This property looks nice but beneath the surface it’s dirty and lacks maintenance. Water runs with rust and was promised a washer and dryer upon moving in which was a lie. The most important was when we moved in we complained of a smell and forced the apartment to do a wellness check resulting in a tenant being decomposed for weeks leaving us displaced for months and traumatizing my son for the rest of his life. The maintenance kept saying there was no smell which clearly the poor fellow was expired. I wish whoever luck that lives here.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT APPLY FOR THE APARTMENTS. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU THE HOLDING FEE. My mother paid a $262.02 refundable hold fee on December 31, 2024 to reserve an apartment at The Villas. She was told she’d get the money back within two weeks if she decided not to lease. We never got the lease, and it’s now September 2025 and we're still waiting. Both her and I have followed up with the office a few times every month. They admit the refund check has supposedly been mailed—twice—but never deposited, and they keep saying the delay is because of “new management.” My mother works 2 jobs and lives paycheck to paycheck and these people have had absolutely no issue with taking her hard earned money and not refunding us. We were supposed to have a tour today. So, we came into the leasing office. A black woman, an agent, both mad and surprised that the tour was scheduled, was extremely rude and mean also. So, we immediately left. After scrolling clients’ comments I’ve learned that some of them had similar experience with that agent. Please be aware that you have an employee who is mean and unprofessional.

The place is dirty and filled with dog poop and trash from the children and parties that residents have been told several times to not host. The Villas has policies that are good but zero follow through when it comes to enforcing them. I would love a day a month where you have residents a chance to help clean the Villa. They need to take ownership and accountability as well. On paper the Villas is very appealing but in person and reality it is very much lacking.
