The Q De Soto Apartments

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with my recent move to a new apartment. From the very first conversation to the end of the process, Giuseppe was professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. He gave me a thorough tour of the new apartment, explained every detail, and patiently answered all my questions. I felt like I had someone I could really talk to, and it was clear that he genuinely wanted to help me feel comfortable in my new place. I rarely write a review, but I really wanted to share my experience with our recent tour of The Q De Soto. We had our tour December 31st with Rita. My girlfriend and I could not have had a better experience with our tour. Rita made us feel so warm and welcomed, it was such an enjoyable time. Rita is awesome, funny and made us feel right at home. We are really grateful and appreciate the time she took to show us the amazing building and what it has to offer as a home. We hope to call The Q De Soto our home in the near future.

Absolutely love it here! The decor is so aesthetically pleasing. The amenities make it feel like living on a resort. Our valet service is top tier. The building manager Laura is awesome & always so helpful & friendly. The front desk concierge staff are great. We have great free community events often. I love the neighborhood & area surrounding us. Only thing I would like to change is for the heated pool to actually be really warm daily in the winter. I’d swim often in the winter if the pool was really warm. Other than that I have no complaints I love the Q De Soto.

Looking to move back to the valley, we were drawn to the Q De Soto by the location, the newness, the apartment layouts and the amenities but what really has enhanced our enjoyment and makes us feel like we're back home, are the people. The staff is 1st Rate! It starts with Laura Torres, Community Manager. She sets the tone of professionalism, knowledge, attentiveness and personality. It's a standard she has established that can be felt in all the different areas: Concierge - Christina etc., Valet - Brian, Mario, Sergio etc., Maintenance - Anthony etc. and Leasing - Rita etc., that you interact with on a daily basis. We've been singing the praises of The Q De Soto and hoping friends of ours will join us here soon to meet the wonderful neighbors we've met so far and expand our new comm

I recently moved in & have had a 10/10 experience thus far. From the tour with April to the leasing process with Laura its been exceptional. The building is beautiful & maintained. It feels like resort living. This is easily the nicest building in the valley & nothing comes close.
