The Villas at Setauket

We sold our home in Commack and moved into the Villas at Setauket into phase 1 before the clubhouse or pool were even finished almost 2 years ago. We have enjoyed seeing phase 2, the clubhouse and the pool completed. We love spending summer evening using the barbecues and relaxing by the firpits. The community is beautiful and well maintained. Meeting new friends has been wonderful! The office and maintenance staff are friendly, kind and responsive. I always feel safe taking walks in our dog friendly neighborhood. Great location near Port Jefferson village for dining, shopping and the ferry to Connecticut.

The Villas at Setauket is a beautiful town home 🏡 community that makes living here a vacation every day! The Management team of Lisa, Alex and Michael are the most accommodating team always helping with any issue and having our best interest to be the forefront of their concern! Let’s not forget Ken and Elmer our great maintenance crew! Best of all are our beautiful neighbors! Come experience life at the The Villas!

This is a beautiful, gated community! Pristine grounds, spacious villas with modern interiors, an incredibly attentive and capable office and maintenance staff, great amenities including a clubhouse, gym, pool, dog park, and more...and wonderful neighbors. We were at the point in our lives when we wanted to downsize, and the Villas has been a perfect fit for us. We couldn't ask for more. We love it here!

Very well run community with friendly leasing & maintenance offices that are conveniently located in the community center. The Villas include new construction, impeccable landscaping, and terrific amenities. Its small enough to feel intimate, yet large enough to attract plenty of interesting people. Pet friendly is a plus.

If you are looking for a beautiful 55+ townhouse community in a great location, check out the Villas at Setauket. It's quiet, safe and pet friendly. The grounds are very well maintained. The modern clubhouse has saltwater pool, BBQ, and fire pit area. I highly recommend the Villas at Setauket!
