I bought my first house w/the help of Evan, the owner here, and closed in May so this review is like 6 months overdue! Knowing nothing about buying a home though, the current real estate market, the whole process, etc., I had a ton of questions, like every day, and no matter how many times I called or texted Evan to ask him things he always answered or got back to me immediately. When I found the house I wanted he helped me negotiate how to buy it, walked me though every single thing I needed to do and just was really, really great throughout the entire time. Sounds crazy, but after I closed and said goodbye to Evan, a part of me felt sad that I wouldn’t be communicating w/him on a regular basis anymore! Lol ...safe to say I’ll def be using him again and would highly recommend him to an
