The new property manager, Mrs. Helen is absolutely amazing! The way speaks and listens to the tenants you can tell she really cares about people. I was in the office dealing with an electrical issue, and although she was SWAPPED with people still coming in and out, she was doing everything she can to make sure I was taken care of as well! She remained calmed and handle the chaos like a real professional! Even made me laugh a few times! I’ve been having issues since moving here, and they haven’t been getting done ( especially for what I pay) , so I’ve just have been planing on moving out, but the minute I made Mrs. Helen aware , she was on it, and always communicates. She’s definitely a blessing to this property, and I feel, with time, there is going to be a great turn around for this pro

We moved in beginning of 2024 because the apartments seemed great for the price and the location was desirable. We wanted to move here to save up and eventually buy a home. Our move in was delayed day of and we were given another apartment to move into, sight-unseen. We had multiple issues that were strenuous to get resolved such as the dishwasher not being mounted into the counter thus falling on my kids when it opened, our water heater not working, then when it was finally replaced it was replaced with a breaker switch that was far too small making the water heater a fire hazard, paint missing from the walls (not chipping but a large portion of the wall with drywall exposed) and carpets that turn my socks brown. Love the new manager!! Trash areas are clean. You noti e changes,all work completed as I have several neglected issues from former manager. I am glad to see such wonderful changes and the care Helen gives. I've been here 5 years and finally happy

Just moving in and the experience has been great 😊 Helen and Dianne helped me all the way. I came in looking at several places but, I enjoyed the experience and my apt is nice 👍🏻 friendly ladies it doesn’t get better 😊 thx ladies

These apartments are roach infested! No matter how many times you call for pest control. The gym equipment is all broke. All 4 pieces. The grounds are disgusting and always covered in trash. The neighbors will steal your packages & the office will steal your money with fake charges. Also Black MOLD in all of the units.
