Brookstone

We started renting here in late 2024, and we are more than pleased with our situation here. The location is great for us. The apartment is comfortably arranged. The only disappointment was the size of the kitchen cupboards. Fortunately, someone gave us a large china cabinet that holds our "good" china as well as tablecloths, etc. The management is delightfully pleasant and responsive. The maintenance teams handle issues promptly and politely. All ages and ethnicities are welcome here. My husband benefits from the fitness room, and I benefit from plenty of safe places to walk. There are large trees all around and a diligent landscaping company who keep the place trimmed and clean as well as making sure there are flowers for all seasons. Been a great place to live for the past 6 years and I can honestly say it's been an outstanding experience from day one. The management and maintenance teams are responsive, friendly, and truly care about the residents. Any time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and efficiently—often within 24 hours. The property is well-maintained, with clean common areas and beautiful landscaping. The amenities are awesome. (Pool, trails, events, weight room, etc.) The events that are scheduled are well planned and executed. Parking has never been an issue, and the location is super convenient for school and shopping. Overall, the Brookstone Apartment complex has truly felt like home, and I’m grateful for the years I’ve spent here. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone l

I am a resident at Brookstone Apartments, and living here has truly been a blessing for me and my girls. We moved in May, and it’s been a beautiful experience from the start! Miss Mahogany was incredible during the move-in process so transparent, kind, and encouraging. Her words let me know I had found a safe place for my family. I love how the community stays connected through events that everyone can enjoy. My girls and I especially loved the pool all summer long it’s perfect since we love the water! The gym is also a huge plus, and we enjoy peaceful evening walks around the neighborhood. For my first apartment, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. It’s safe, peaceful, and feels like home. We have been living at Brookstone for about 4 months and we have been truly enjoying the community. I love the monthly newsletter and the inclusiveness of residents and fur babies, in activities and fun. The office staff team are amazing and welcoming at all times. Maintenance are very quick to respond. Peaceful apartment living. What more could you ask for.

Love living here. Community is quiet and maintenance is amazing they help solve any problems that I have in my apartment. Only been here a couple months but love it so far.
