Exchange at Rock Hill Luxury Apartments

My husband and I have loved living at the Exchange. The apartments are modern, amenities excellent and location is great. The current office team of Ryan & Zi are professional, friendly and are always open to help. The maintenance staff, David and Gallo are friendly and quick to complete any maintenance requests. The office staff organize community events on a regular basis to help create a welcoming atmosphere. Plus you can’t beat the convenience of walkable coffee shops and restaurants. I love living here. It feels like home, a sense of belonging. I love the community and activities. The staff are friendly, always have a smile on their face and greetings for my dog. It has truly been a great experience all around. Plus, I have a fabulous view of the water tower.

I love living here!! It’s great being walking distance from downtown Rock Hill. The amenities that it offers and different monthly activities that brings us closer as a community.

It's been a couple months since I've moved from this place so I feel comfortable writing this. This place was my first apartment and while it was mostly clean it was the absolute worse is size. I lived in a one bedroom that had almost no room in it. I could hardly walk in it due to my desk having to be in my living room and half my furniture couldn't fit in this place. They charge you extra things like pest control but there isn't anyone actively doing pest control. When I lived there I believe it was $5 a month and I only needed them once that's $60 down the drain for a service that wasn't being done. At my current place all maintenance - counting pest control is free. 6 months in I needed a new filter for my fridge and maintenance said they could only get 10 a month and that I needed to

My spouse and I have truly enjoyed our time living the exchange- the staff area friendly, genuine and accessible. i love the sunsets from the balcony, the quiet spaces to work or have guests with wifi, my neighbors are nice 20-70 ish. premises clean, low hassle. close to medical center and university. and of course a lot of restaurants and hang outs. no complaints
