The Villas at Ridgeview Falls Apartments

I’m so blessed to be here for about 2 years and it has truly been such a great experience. The community is maintained, welcoming, and genuinely feels like home. A big part of that is Victoria, she is hands down the best community manager I’ve ever lived under. She truly cares about the residents and the overall community, and it shows in everything she does. She is professional, responsive, and always goes the extra mile to make sure concerns are handled and taken care of in a timely fashion. It’s rare to find a place where management is both efficient and kind, and Victoria creates that balance perfectly. I’m so grateful for the effort she puts into making this a great place to live. Looking forward to staying another year! Keep up the good work!

I have been at this complex going on 6 years and I don’t regret one moment of it! I renew my lease without thinking about it! Multiple different floor plans from spacious designs to intimate (I’ve lived in a few plans btw👏). Such a great community and I especially love the events they put on for the community. They love trying to bring everyone together. I literally don’t have any bad words. Having Victoria as the Property Manager couldn’t be better. She’s super helpful, SUPER understanding and fair. She holds everyone to the same standard and that is what keeps the community safe and held to a high standard! I’ve stayed in some complexes that were super nice but the management SUCKED!! Can’t say that about Victoria. I’d be here for way too long talking about everything I love here. HIGHLY

I’ve lived here for 3 years and am about to renew my lease for a 4th year, which really says it all. Victoria and Caleb have been amazing; anytime I’ve brought something to their attention, it’s been addressed quickly and professionally. The community feels welcoming, and I’ve made a few great friends since living here. My fiancé just moved in, and adding a roommate was super easy and stress-free. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, and I’m happy to continue living here!

Extremely pleased with my experience at the Villas. I recently picked out my one bedroom apartment and on top of the property being so well designed, I was welcomed with amazing customer service from the staff. Victoria was extremely helpful with showing me all the floor plans and helping me find the perfect one to fit my needs and budget. So excited for my future in my new apartment!

Chenani and Victoria are very helpful! They provided assistance through out the application process and on move in day worked with us every step of the way. We love our new home.
