Cendana Olathe Apartments

My husband, our child, our dog, and I lived here from July 2024 to September 2025, and I wanted to leave a review for anyone considering this community. We truly loved living here- so much so that we genuinely miss it. From the property manager to the office staff to maintenance, they have the most genuinely friendly and attentive staff. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. They always acknowledged you when you came into the office (even just to grab a snack) and were so sweet to our toddler. This apartment has the best pool and gym of any rental we’ve ever lived in. The community felt very safe and was always well-kept. Thank you for such a great year, Cendana!

We had a wonderful experience touring and leasing at Cendana Apartments in Olathe, KS. The leasing professional, Loryn, was courteous, genuinely caring, and extremely knowledgeable about the community and apartment options. She listened carefully to our needs, paid close attention to details, and made us feel comfortable and valued throughout the entire process. Her positive demeanor and professionalism were the main reasons we chose Cendana as our new home. We truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.

I’m a fairly new tenant here and I must admit I’m extremely happy here. Jennifer has been so helpful from the first time we walked in. She was with us throughout the whole application process. She’s a true gem. The whole staff are friendly, respectful and professional. I’m happy here. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come and experience this wonderful atmosphere.

I Absolutely cannot say enough positive things about this place. I have been a homeowner for over 30 years and was hesitant in making the transition to apartment life even though it will only be for a short time. The staff here is amazing. Everyone is very professional, hardworking and personable. No job or request has been too large or small for them to handle. They have taken an other wise stress-full time in my life and made it very comfortable for my kids and I. The amenities have been above and beyond all my expectations. Everything is always clean and tidy. I never have to worry about a thing here. A very welcoming experience for sure.

This community is so gorgeous - Jess, the Assistant Manager, was so helpful. She was radiant, energetic and full of good info about the area. The model we toured was thoughtfully designed and so well done. The amenities were top of the line and I can’t wait to put in an application!
