Arrello

I loved living in Arrello! We(my partner and I) had a 17-month lease, and the community, staff, location, and apartment itself were all great. I had a small hiccup, as anyone can; sometimes our apartment floor smelled funny or annoying neighbors. However, at the end of the day, Tina and the staff were always open and understanding. Our restroom flooded about a month before we moved, and the maintenance team was so quick about cleaning up and helping us get back to being comfortable. My favorite part about living here was the safety measures, the gym and pool, and living comfortably in Downtown Olathe. I also love that they have an app where you can attend events, sell things with your neighbors, or join clubs! We really wanted to stay, but our rent fees kinda went up, and we didn't want

Ora is great. Loved living here. Well maintained. Great management. 10/10 recommend. Dog friendly but doesn’t feel like every one has dogs because they take such good care. Also maintenance staff are Gs. Fasting responding and nicest crew 👌

The staff is amazing.Always friendly and helpful. The apartments are laid out very well and the interior is beautiful. Big garden tubs also, closets are spacious. Coded entry to the building. Smoke free environment. Pet friendly.

We LOVE living at Arrello - beautiful, new, clean apartments; great neighbors; fun activities, nice amenities, lots to do nearby; and great management and staff who work to make this an amazing place to live. We are very pleased with our decision to make Arrello our new home. We highly recommend checking it out! Edited to add some photos and comments. We have items like a full sized sofa and loveseat, a dining room set and stools for the peninsula area (we can fit 10 fairly comfortably for dinner), a king sized heavy bedroom set with multiple pieces and two queen beds with dressers and nightstands. Arrello is a great community with a fantastic, attentive staff. Most apartment complexes are the same, a room is a room. It’s the staff that make the difference. They go out of their way to ensure your experience exceeds your expectations. For me that was solving issues with extreme urgency. Communication is key and every step of the way they have been keeping me informed and knowing exactly what to expect. From the community events, to the coffee bar, to the concierge trash service! Arrello has something for everyone in a pet friendly, modern community environment. All located in a neighborhood on the brink of a complete revival of both business and entertainment.
