I am a recently moved tenant who has never been late on rent and has never caused any issues, so this review comes from someone who has fully upheld their lease obligations. While the office staff is pleasant and polite, the ownership operates like slumlords while charging premium rental prices. The biggest issue has been the HVAC system. It is completely insufficient for the unit. Any time the temperature reaches 80 degrees or higher, the system goes out. The repair company even informed ownership that the unit needed to be replaced — and ownership refused. Instead of addressing the root problem, they chose not to replace it. If you’re looking for a new place to live this is NOT it. Keep scrolling. They do not fix issues that go wrong in the house. Our AC would not work if the temperature was over 75 degrees outside. The hottest days in the summer when it was over 100 outside it would be at least 80 in the house. Our dishwasher broke and they sent maintenance out to look at it. The gentleman swore up and down that it worked. I repeatedly told them it didn’t. Showed them the dirty dishes still in the dishwasher even after it ran through SEVERAL cycles. Finally asked the office if they ever planned on replacing the dishwasher and was flat out told no. Between that and the no AC I started looking for another home. Again DO NOT RENT HERE!! I often don’t leave reviews, but I do feel it’s our duty to leave them, so it’s informative for the next person. The Good: Peace Haven certainly lives up to its name where quietness and safety are concerned! I lived here with my family and never not once felt unsafe. It’s also very quiet and peaceful 24/7. The neighborhood consists of a variety of working families or retirees. The subdivision isn’t walking distance really to anything, which perhaps is what help keeps it safe. However, the Publix shopping center is just a short drive up the road. There is also another grocery shopping center in the other direction as well. Nice house many problems. In 10 month had an our break of termites that were treated several times, Ants that came though the window seals, Wolf spiders that was a weekly occurrence. The air condition was not big enough for the house so with the AC running non stop mid summer could not keep it below 78 degrees. After 10 months they claim that my dog had messed up the carpet and charged us after we moved out over $1,000. If you don't mind bugs that they try to treat and keep coming back and loosing your deposit and have to pay extra if you have a pet. Go for it but I would recommend being aware.

Perfect place for us to live. The normal quiet somewhat marred by 24-hour construction at 421 and Peace Haven. The price of progress. I really don't hear it much.
