The Villas at Old Monrovia

Alexis was amazing! From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Unlike other properties that felt rushed and impersonal, Alexis took the time to understand what I wanted, explained every detail, and showed me all the floor plans that fit my needs. The villas are stunning—modern, tech-savvy, and visually appealing. The tour was thorough, and she highlighted all the great amenities. Her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness truly stood out. These apartment homes are beautiful! Mikey was very informative and personable during my tour, and made me feel like a friend. Alexis was also very knowledgable and kind! These apartments have a beautiful pool, 2 gym type spaces, fenced in yards, and more. Seems like a great place for someone needing a starter home, and a good community for kids and animals!

Alexis was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. She gave me great information that was timely, which definitely created a sense of ease. I saw the property while driving at night, and in the daytime, it's just as quaint.

Nick has been absolutely the best with my move in process. He stayed late after I had a delay in my arrival from out of state and made sure I was able to get in my new home. He even helped fix my dishwasher in a matter of minutes! The neighborhood is quiet and clean; what more is there to ask for.

Edited to add: I had a maintenance issue with my dryer/ a defective wire. Maintenance was very fast in addressing the issue. Jamal had my dryer completely replaced in less than 20 minutes. I have really enjoyed my first month of living here and can't recommend this community enough. I toured here a few weeks ago and fell in love with one of the units. The entire property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. I moved in a few days ago and the leasing staff made move-in day easy and seamless. This community stands out in comparison to any other apartment complex in Huntsville. Alexis and Max (the dog) and the entire leasing staff made me feel very welcome here!
