The Villas at Melissa Ann

Lived here for nearly 4 years. It had its up and downs but overwhelmingly a great little complex that is quiet. The PM company in charge now is excellent, responsive, and was never a problem to deal with. Very reasonable prices. Only issue to be aware of (and it’s in no way the complex’s fault) is that the electrical infrastructure near Prue and Babcock seems really poor; multiple power outages due to rain every year I was there.

These are NOT LUXURY APTS. There is NO playground, NO walking trail, NOTHING that would exude luxury. Please DO NOT deal with the property management company, Marin Realty. I lived here for almost two years and from day one it was a fight with the property management company. The apartment itself was nice since it was brand new. Until water started leaking through my fire detector in Oct. 2021. I complained every time it rained and sometimes someone would come out and look at it and sometimes they wouldn’t. No one fixed it until May 2023 when the water finally broke through the ceiling. I had to fight to get out of my lease because they wanted me to pay for a full month even though I was leaving in the middle of the month. They then charged me $250 to replace one of the blinds in the liv

Good quiet apartment complex tucked away on babcock near prue.

I must say these apartments are very nice outside as well as inside. The empty unit I had the pleasure of entering was cleaned the layout was open, the shower tucked no tub.
