The Villas at Kings Harbor

The technician was friendly and responsive. She delivered and installed a refrigerator water filter. After she left, the water filter popped out. I left a message on the maintenance portal to that effect, and she returned some minutes later to fix the problem. She also spent some time fixing the spring on the dishwasher.

I've been living at Villas at Kings Harbor for almost 8 months now and we love it! Ellen went above and beyond in getting us moved in on very short notice and she has been providing excellent customer service ever since! Not only that, she is also a very sweet and kind person. I plan to renew my lease when the time comes! I recommend you lease here! I drive my golf cart next door to many fine restaurants and bars and my daughter takes it across the street to practice at Clubs of Kingwood golf courses. I love living at Kings Harbor for a year now. Beautiful townhouse and secure, gated community. Maria Calixto has been amazing in all that she does for me answering questions and replying to my calls or emails. The problem is however, management/admin staff with WAN properties are severely lacking because you can’t get a hold of anyone if there is a major issue because no one answers their phone and if they do, at corporate or main office, they are useless and get angry because you need help with an issue and need to speak to a person. They keep saying to call the local office, even after repeating to them over and over, no one answers the phone at the local office. When I called the local office the first time and asked a question to the person that answered (is this the local ofc?) … they

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived, the amount of miscommunications not answering the phone saying sorry every time they mess up and still doing the same stuff, never keeping their word, lazy in all areas and more.

Terrible communication with the property management. They will only respond after several emails and calls, and even then they say your issue is “out of their hands and you need to speak with upper management” but never give you a way to contact “upper management”. They tack on so many different fees for lawn care and we barely have yards, and they’re poorly maintained. Work orders go unnoticed for months.
