Karla Garcia is very unprofessional, rude and condescending. I had a terrible experience with her via a phone call. Since the seller insisted on using this unprofessional company, I asked to please not have any communication via phone nor email with Karla Garcia and she continued to contact me. I left a voicemail with their corporate office and never received a call back. This was not a pleasant experience. I would not use this Title company for any future purchases.
