Discovery at Kingwood

I recently moved out due to a job opportunity elsewhere, but I had a great experience living here. The property was always clean and well maintained, and the maintenance team does a great job keeping everything in great condition. I also have a dog and really appreciated that the grounds were always clean, dog waste bags were available, and I rarely ever noticed dog waste during our walks. Overall it was a very comfortable and well-kept place to live.

The manager Joelle was very helpful and knowledgeable of the property and the amenities that they offer. She made the stress of trying to find the perfect place to live easy. The staff were very friendly as well. If you are looking for a place to live where the management are friendly and readily available to help, this is the place.

To pay almost to what you would be paying for a house it’s not worth it. Yes the pool area and gym are nice and it’s quiet but there seems to be more theft than usual. The gates have been working on and off the cameras clearly do not work as someone’s tires have been stolen and left on bricks twice within the past week in the same area of the complex towards the front. Management grasp on to what they think is important based off their willingness to address an issue. If cameras are not going to be working but there’s fluctuating prices while leasing then other measures should be taken safety wise in the community and overall communication should be a little bit more tangible to paying tenants.

Today I’d placed a work order to paint my exterior door as the outside elements had worn it a bit as I wanted to prepare to entertain visitors for the holidays. Mike, one of the maintenance personnel completed the job on today as well! It was a pleasant surprise and Ms. Jianell the property manager reached out as well to inform to give an fyi in the event I got a Vivent security entry message, it was Mike. One thing that makes this property standout is the promptness of attention to maintenance requests. Keep up the great work! It’s been very comfortable making Discovery home!

My husband and I have been living here for almost two years and we love it! The environment is very quiet, and well maintained. The property staff are welcoming, respectful, and helpful which most importantly adds to this experience. Overall, Discovery has been an enjoyable experience and we would recommend this community to others!
