The Villas at Hesperia 55+

Very nice apartments. My Mom has lived there 8 years now. They have washer and dryers in all units. And all corner units are two bedrooms. Property is kept very clean and management is good. I recommend the villas for anyone 55 and up.

We appreciate this Beautiful hidden Gem apartment community it's so peaceful, quite,and friendly. The maintenance team is excellent and always professional thank you Martin and your team for always ensuring our moms needs are fixed if their is a need. A special Thank YOU to Alea and Shalee Martin who ALWAYS go above and beyond for my mother and the community resisidents. They even have fun community events at the clubhouse which I love to engage the neighbors and yes even doughnuts! I highly recommend this beautiful community and will definitely share word with family and friends!

Tried hours at a Time. Nobody answers the phone because the office woman is constantly smoking outside
