Sonoma Apartments

I have been here since they opened (one of the first tenants) and I don’t plan on going anywhere. I live elsewhere but work here. This is perfect apartment for my commuter lifestyle. However, I would live here full time. The grounds are always clean! It is never noisy. Most important, is Alma - the manager. She can solve any issue with professionalism and courtesy. Plus she seems to remember every resident by name! I can’t recommend this place enough. It may be pricier than others, and you do need good credit, but it’s worth it!!!!

Alma is literally the best, has been super helpful from the start! She allowed us to tour the place and we fell in love instantly! She’s always going to bat for us to insure we are making the best decision living here! Super excited to be a tenant here and being able to have such an amazing property manager like Alma!

Nice place to live. Management and maintenance takes care of the property. The units are clean, with nice appliances. Maintenance request are answered day of if not the next. Lots of great amenities such as a Gym, clubhouse, pool/spa, playground, EV charging, BBQ areas throughout the complex and a large grass area. Management plans countless events through the year. We’ve lived here 2 years, going into our 3rd! Alma, the manager and Cesar the maintenance are a wonderful and attentive team. Thanks Sonoma!

Beautiful homes! I got a tour of a 2 bedroom unit by Alma the manager and she was very professional, informative, and overall delightful. The apartment’s interior was a modern based structure which I loved! I will definitely be referring this location to friends and family.

Sonoma apartments is the best place to live. I moved here almost 2 months ago and have had the best experience ever! Our manager Alma is super friendly, always available and willing to help. I completely recommend Sonoma apartments.
