The Villas at Garden Way

Since walking through the leasing office door , it’s been a wonderful experience. What really set this place apart from the rest is the manager named Kay. She is so friendly, responsive and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance request I’ve submitted was handled promptly and efficiently. The community here is welcoming and peaceful. I feel safe and comfortable coming home each day from work. The location is close to shopping , public transportation and is a hidden Gem. Overall, I couldn’t be any happier with my decision to live here . I highly recommend The Villas At GArdenway.

So far, so good! Kay has been a major help with our moving process, and maintenance requests. She’s very easy to work with! The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. We love it so far!

I love Kay H she is the best Lease Manager i have ever had. She is always in top of any service requests or issues. She has helped me after hours she has provided so much support during the 4 years I have lived there I could not have done it without her. Too notch at her job!! Thanks so much

I spent five years here as I moved out they told me my safety deposit would be put to my last rent long as my place was clean so I made sure my place was clean. came back just like the office lady asked to clean out my back area, where it seemed like both of my neighbors dumped everything they wanted to in the back area and then they still charge me for my rent while I’m already paying another rent at another place. They are the worst apartments you could ever live in because they don’t give a crap about any of their tenants, believe me do not live here. Unless you want black mold and no help, they don’t know how to remodel anything and they don’t care about anything. whoever owns this company is pathetic. Every time I had water damage from the neighbors letting their toilets overflow. The

Mrs Kay is amazing at her job, any issue I have in my apartment she and Jeff will immediately fix it! Me and my husband love living here and have no issues with the neighborhood.
