The Villas at Beardslee

Been a resident of Villas at Beardslee for a few months now and my experience has been nothing but positive. The associates who work there are super friendly specially Hailey Markham, she's super helpful and always strikes a friendly conversation when we see her. The apartment itself is well maintained and the common area is clean, along with the gym. They recently repainted the hallway and put a new carpet, so now the experience is even more elevated and feels like a brand new apartment. I highly recommend people to consider this apartment. Also the proximity to 405 is great and the views of the 405 itself is unbeatable.

My husband and I moved to the Villas at Beardslee two months ago after touring more than ten apartment communities, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The community, staff, and maintenance team are truly exceptional. Our apartment has a large window that brings in abundant natural light during the day and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. The community area also has several restaurants and a pub, making it convenient to dine or relax without going far. The club room and gym are spacious. I use the gym frequently—it has a decent variety of equipment and weights. The common areas are always clean and well maintained. The only minor downside is that the elevator is a bit slow. My experience here has been phenomenal!! Both Kim and Hailey have been extraordinary—super friendly, easy to work with, and truly went above and beyond to make my apartment search easy and an obvious choice. This is my second time living at this location, and after being away for seven months, both Kim and Hailey remembered me by name, knew my previous apartment number the moment I walked into the leasing office, and even recalled my apartment preferences. That level of care and attention speaks volumes that I would not expect at another apartment complex. This is exactly the kind of community you want to be a part of.

I have lived here a little over a month, and absolutely love it!! Hailey and Kim in the leasing office were so helpful and patient. I had a lot of questions, and to be honest I felt like I was even a bit difficult to deal with. Hailey handled all my questions with class and professionalism, and Kim has been fantastic after the move-in as well. Beautiful space here, quiet and great location. Highly recommend!!

Hailey is phenomenal! She remembers the names of everyone who lives here and is always eager to help. The maintenance team is also great, Derek was very communicative and was able to get me a brand new dishwasher installed in just a few days! Makes living here feel homey and comfortable. 10/10!
