The Villages at Paso Real

The complex is quiet and comfortable. Maintenance people answer for apartment needs very quickly, community is very nice and other dog folks are respectful and responsible. The driveway was recently repaired and looks really good. I do wish the pool stayed open a little later 😅.

Overall, this place was good to me. I always felt safe, it’s appealing, close to the highway, and rules are implemented. The updates that continually happen are refreshing and management is very helpful. Joaquin has been extremely helpful since I moved in 2 years ago and is pleasant to work with. Maintenance is available when needed as well. I moved out only because I got married and am moving out of town. Highly recommend.

If Palm trees don't grow I don't go! this place tops it off with Crystal clear, pools & fountains, playground for the kids and a public computer room with a printer and high speed internet. The head of security is also a cop Who works In a nearby location. Plus you have Multiple active and retired military personnel who live on the premises.

Living at Paso de Real Apartments has been frustrating. From day one, we had issues—the AC wasn’t working when we moved in, meaning they handed us the apartment without properly ensuring everything was ready. Maintenance was a constant hassle; we had to call repeatedly for different problems, and the dishwasher never worked properly. The pool area was another major issue. They were extremely strict, and the person assigned as the “pool manager” was consistently rude, making assumptions and trying to kick us out if we had even one extra guest. It felt impossible to enjoy the amenities peacefully. On top of that, they raised the rent, there’s hidden fees, and overall, the living experience was not worth the cost. Stay away!! Not sure where to start. When my wife and I moved into this place, it was dirty and looked like the previous tenant moved out overnight. The gates barely worked when living here. Neighbors would constantly have PD show up at their door. Don't trust Lisa, she's rude and unprofessional. Make sure someone is there when they come into your apartment. Many things went missing when I lived there. Don't worry about getting your deposit back because they find an excuse to keep it and charge you a cleaning fee even if you clean the place before you leave.
