February 17, 2026 I visited the Cameron County Appraisal Office to update the homestead exemption for my primary residence. I was greeted by Ms. Jenney, who was polite and extremely professional. Her patience and diligence in ensuring that all my documents were accurate made the process smooth and very pleasant. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to receive such excellent customer service. Ms. Jenney clearly demonstrates that she enjoys her job and takes pride in helping customers. Keep up the great work — you are one of a kind.

Having recently moved, I went to the Appraisal Office to transfer my exemptions. I was greeted and assisted by Ms Jenny Salas who provided exceptional assistance. She was super patient, kind and very helpful. She processed all my documents, explaining everything and made the whole process a breeze. Great service
