The Villages at Marley Station Apartments

2/16/26 My experience here has been great so far. My move-in was scheduled for Thursday, February 12, 2026, but they needed to verify some ESA documents and was postponed to Friday, unfortunately. However, they were accommodating and worked later in the office that day to help me fill out the paperwork, which was very much appreciated. I couldn’t wait any longer to settle in. My unit is very nice and clean. I’m really happy with it so far. The management is super nice and welcoming, making me feel at home. Some people might say otherwise, but this is the kind of community I grew up in. If you don’t like low-income communities, look elsewhere. I came in for a tour and had a great experience. I really liked the customer service from the staff, especially Paola, who gave us the tour. She was very kind, professional, and made us feel welcome. I loved the apartment that was shown to us and hope we can rent with you soon. Thank you for such a great experience!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If I could put 0 stars I would. My one year lease ended in April and I can confidently say this is the worst place I’ve ever lived. For starters they do not answer the phones and when they do they act like they’re bothered by you. The leasing staff are uneducated and can barely answer any questions you have. Upon signing the lease we were not shown our unit prior which ended up being completely different from the model unit and the one shown on the website. None of our windows in the unit worked. They will not stay up and we had to use perfume bottles as props to keep them open. The lock on the main entrance door did not work which caused us to feel unsafe. The building stairwells reeked of cigarette and weed smells that also travels into your apartment and won't go awa

The compliance lady , Walesis Ogando was very helpful with my Recertification process like always. And the leasing Team as well they also assist me with what ever maintenance request. And the maintenance tech always does my work order right away!!

Andres the maintenance guy is top notch. He came out because my heat wasn't working and not only gave me a new furnace filter, but also checked everything on my furnace to make sure it's working well. Most maintenance would have just changed the.filter and left. Not Andresi. He's always very thorough with his services. He deserves recognition for his commitment to the residents at Villages of Marley Station. Way to go Andresi. You treat others the way you'd wanna be treated and you show mutual respect for all.
