The Villages at Evergreen I & II

I live on the property . I have been in contact with DCRA for a whole year in regards to that my apartment has several major issues that aren’t being resolved. here are just a few electricity , my exhaust fan doesn’t work . I can’t cook anything in my home without it smoking the whole apartment . My stove and oven is a fire hazard . I have a verminous infestation as well as a roach infestation . The building has ABestos and I have a several small children . I have told the Villages of these problem via email , verbally as well as contacting there Vice President of TM management and nothing has been done . The property manager crystal response to the issues are you can give us a 30 days notice and leave . They have stolen funds for back rent which has been paid on time every month. The

Terrible living conditions . They are infested with rodents and pest . They don’t wanna fix any of the repairs . Been living a year here with partial electricity , no working exhaust fan , roaches , no secure buildings , no working smoking detectors

Update: So far things have been well. No real full complaints after move in
