I wish I could give zero stars. It’s basically impossible to get maintenance to come by even after multiple requests submitted. For every request I’ve put in for basic things such as my shower not working properly, neither my bedroom or living room window would open due to being painted shut before I moved in, and not being able to use hot water for longer than 5 minutes at a time, each request was marked as completed but they have NEVER come to fix any of those things. I had to fix them myself. No one answers the phone in the leasing office and any time I’ve shown up there in person during normal business hours, no one is actually there and no matter how many voicemails you leave or emails you send, you will NEVER hear back from literally anyone ever. The roads are impossible to drive on

I am a current tenant at the Nu Wesley Avalon Ave location. I have been having 2 problems with my unit with the minimum amount of work done within 3 months now. It's so bad I've had to call the health department to get some help with the repairs that need to be done. It's all good when the unit doesn't need repairs, but oh man when you do need help with the unit it can be months until NU WESLEY attends to the problem. It has been over 90days I haven't been able to use my kitchen and having an insect problem! AT THIS POINT I WILL BE POSTING NEGATIVE REVIEWS UNTIL THE PROBLEMS ARE FIXED OR CORPORATE OFFICES CONTACT ME DIRECTLY. Management knows who I am!!

Where should I begin? First off let me say how small but yet friendly this complex community is. Based off of the location and previous things I have heard... It is the exact opposite. I've had no issues with my neighbors, and it is very quiet and peaceful. This whole environment is in the process of being renovated, which they are doing an excellent job at. Also, the property owner Mitch is very phenomenal. Even though there is no on-site office, he makes himself accessible, and actually shows that he cares about his residents. I've had a couple of small minor maintenance request... And let me tell you....his maintenance team was on it from beginning until there was a resolution. 👏👏 Do not think twice about moving here.. You will not be disappointed..

I want to say thank you to Will for taking the time and going out of the way to contact me even on a Sunday when I actually wasn’t expecting to speak with anyone till Monday after doing my application online. This was refreshing considering the fact that I have been on a hard search to find a place and it seems some of the local complexes really lack empathy and great customer service. I was approved for one place but was willing to forfeit my deposit at the other property in order to live here. My application was denied for some reasons hat I’m still looking into but I still think this looks like a great place to stay and I will certainly be trying back.

I was nervous at first to move in because I didn’t have a lot of knowledge of the area and heard about what the area USED to be. But I will say that I have never been more happy about my decision to move here. The Manager Shalita is by far the best hands down. She has done a full turn around of the property, removing any all of the bad seeds. She plays no games and stand on complete business. She makes it her duty to make sure you are situation accordingly and comfortably. With the help of her amazing Assistant/Maintenance Manager Shaquille. I couldn’t be more blessed to have this dynamic duo manage my property. They have been helpful, prompt and efficient. And above all the customer service and professionalism is through the roof.
