Really disappointing experience with this apartment complex. Never believe anything anyone working in this office have to say regarding this property. Units that are listed online are not available, customer service is piss poor, telephone doesn’t work in the office and when it does nobody ever answers the phone, management doesn’t care at all. Regional Manager Natalia is the worst. I’ve been waiting 2 week on her to complete the final approval. The leasing team stated they have called, emailed, and reached out numerous time but still haven’t got any response. However, I’ve been to the property multiple times checking on things and EVERY time I’m there it’s a lobby full of people complaining. Run away do not move here!!!!! Dont get tricked into living here or thinking everything is great. Anyone who stays here will tell you that from the maintenance to the people who work in the office your on your own. Mold, roaches, incomplete work orders. The rent is too high for what it is really worth. Corporate has been called multiple times by multiple residents for years and things only continues to get worse. They do not care about you!!!!!!!!!
I would like to commend Tasha Taylor, the new Campus Manager at The Villages of Carver, for her exceptional professionalism, energy, and kindness. She has truly been a fantastic addition to the staff. Before her arrival, the process of moving into my unit was lengthy and frustrating. However, within her first week on the job, Miss Taylor made one phone call and had me moved in within a week. Her efficiency and dedication were immediately clear. Even after the move-in, she ensured everything was in great condition. Any issues I encountered were promptly addressed—she documented them thoroughly and passed them along to the maintenance team right away. My name is Marie Joseph, and I am beyond frustrated with the unprofessional experience I’ve had with your leasing office. I scheduled a tour for Wednesday, January 8th, at 3:30 PM. I arrived early at 3:15 PM, only to discover the doors were locked, and there was no one to assist me. Despite having an appointment, I knocked repeatedly and waited outside in the cold for 30 minutes without any response. Finally, a kind stranger emailed your office on my behalf, and after an infuriating wait, someone showed up at 4:10 PM—almost an hour after my scheduled appointment—just to tell me I’d have to reschedule. I’ve been at the complex for 3 years. The worst part is maintenance. The most recent issue is my AC unit not working, along with many of my neighbors. It’s almost 100 degrees outside. It is currently going on 2 weeks of it not working. I’ve called the leasing office and the emergency maintenance almost everyday, for at least a temporary AC in the unit. No one followed up with me. Maintenance didn’t answer the emergency line. If you need to reach them you have to say the apartment is flooding in order for them to call back. Finally they called back and brought a temporary unit after hours. Previously I was having water heater issues and I asked them if it needed to be replaced, maintenance manager said no. Then the next day my apartment flooded and they needed to replace the water heater. I
