The Villager at Barton Run

After being here for 7 years, it is time for retirement. Marlton is truly a great place to raise children. The Villager at Barton Run Apt. is very quiet, clean and the maintenance crew is wonderful and efficient. They are pro's that take care of the property with PRIDE! I put in a request for maintenance and they are on it the very next day. Talk about speedy service without inconvenience. The management office team is always ready to help. I would not have stayed this long if it weren't for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great home with peace and tranquility. They deserve a "10" if it was available. :)

The most beautiful and peaceful place I’ve ever lived. Absolutely beautiful and spacious apartments. The landlord Jennifer is absolutely wonderful. She is so caring and kind and it’s genuine. She’s always looking to help. I was even sent a email from the property asking how my move is going. Which was so very kind. The apartments here should be labeled luxury! I highly recommend move here to anyone looking to live a drama free, peaceful, and happy life. They also use Jetty, a site that majorly cuts down the security deposit making it easier for many to move in, as moving in general is expensive. The option to pay with Jetty really helps. Beautiful place to live, really and truly. I am so happy with my move here 🥰

The Villager at Barton Run is a 2 story apartment complex tucked away from the main streets and highways but , Not too far away from everything. Management is always friendly and willing to help as is the maintenance staff. The complex is located in a somewhat wooded area. It’s reasonably quiet and it has ample parking. It’s pet friendly and the neighbors are friendly. The closet space and storage space is awesome ! The garbage and recycling are always picked up several times a week and the landscaping is always done several times a week. The grounds are clean. They also shovel and salt the grounds in the winter.

Barton Run Apartment complex is fantastic! The employees are always available and eager to help. The community is friendly and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Plus, their pet policy is excellent, making it a great place for pet owners. Highly recommend!
