The Village on University

Just a week or 2 ago a maintenance man let a family member into my apartment because they claimed they were “checking on me” which wasn’t their intention at all. I was already uncomfortable knowing maintenance can come in and out at anytime but this situation just makes me even more uncomfortable in my own space because I was asleep at the time. As a 21 year old female living alone I can say this made my anxiety skyrocket. I don’t even think we’re allowed to add any extra locks or chain security to the door. I can say I absolutely love the leasing staff member Kelsey, when it came to removing a pet off my lease she made the process super simple.

Wanted share my experience with Tommy our maintenance man. Everytime he has had to come to my apartment he has always been able to fix whatever problem I am having. He is Bath, reliable, and thorough at his job

The maintenance crew is very quick and do a splendid job fixing apartment issues! I wish there were some bike racks around the place. A lot of residents blow the stop sign after the entrance. I haven’t tried the pool yet, but I definitely ain’t now, considering the season.

The facilities are nicely ran and well maintained. The pool and dog park are especially convenient. Jane is such a personable and helpful individual. I’ve never had any problems here.

This has been the best apartment community I’ve lived in so far. The leasing office is so nice and explains everything so clearly. They helped me when I was first moving in and I couldn’t have been more grateful. The apartments are amazing and the neighborhood is so warm and welcoming.
