DONT RENT FROM VILLAGE. I lived there a couple years ago & i feel like it’s valuable to leave review. This company is a scam from start to finish. They WILL rob you blind. Deposits? Gone. I don’t know a single soul who’s ever seen a dime of theirs again. When I lived here, I left my apartment spotless — vacuum lines, walls scrubbed, cleaner than when I moved in. They still pulled fake “cleaning” charges out of thin air. I even asked them for a paint sample (so did my friend) and they flat-out refused. So I had to chip a damn piece of the wall off just to get it color matched. Guess what? They STILL fined me for “no paint touch-ups.” That’s not just shady — that’s straight-up theft. I’m honestly not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. I’ve lived here for almost two years, and for the price, it’s incredible. I’m paying $1,550 for a 2 bed, 3 bath unit — which is a great deal. That said, the “residential package” feels like a bit of a scam. It’s essentially a way to advertise lower rent while making up the difference by charging $120+ per month for a mandatory cable and internet bundle. Let’s be honest — cable and internet do not cost that much. I believe the package also includes emergency repair services, which makes it feel like a hidden HOA fee. I don’t mind paying for those services, but $120+ is excessive. What’s even more frustrating is that I can’t opt out or upgrade to fiber, or choose a different provider — I'm stuck with Xfinity. I've seen and read several negative and several positive reviews and here is my opinion which is positive. The units are basically in new condition at move in and up to a high standard. Normal wear and tear is to be expected but if I were to destroy something or leave the unit in disarray why would I expect to get my full deposit back. The community is pet friendly and in a very convenient location. I give this property a thumbs up

It’s a nice place. The splash pad didn’t always work and it was a hassle to get it fixed. The sprinklers were also an issue with getting hard water stains on cars and running the sprinklers all the time.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. When we first moved in the heat, AC, and disposal did not work. We had a newborn and when for 2 weeks without heat. The only reason they fixed it is after I complained the whole two weeks. All the company had to do was approve the part the vendor wanted to use and they couldn't even do that. It is impossible to get a hold of the company, multiple times I'm left on hold until it just hangs up. I've never gotten a call back when I leave a call back number. And then there's the security deposit. This company will suck you dry and then some. Our deposit was $1500. We left that place the exact same as before, and spent an entire day clean it with multiple people. They then send us a bill saying it cost them $1750 to clean and repair the apartment and we owe them more
