I cannot even state how poor my experience has been. They clearly care only about money and not customer service or satisfaction. When our client arrive on moving day with the truck and his furniture, the lock box did not work. It also did not work on viewing day and they agreed to fix it. It was not fixed and no one could get out there to fix it for several hours so the moving truck had to leave. Our contact, employed by Evolve, ghosted us ALL night and weekend and we had to put our client into a hotel at our expense. The contract for your pipe repairs included a hole in the wall behind the tub; the photo shows the hole. The leak stopped after the faucet was replaced. Should this hole in the wall be repaired? Last Wednesday, True Restore, under another contract, inspected the duct and determined there was still water in the ventilation system, so they left the dryer and dehumidifier running.
