If you want to be dealing with condescending leasing agents go ahead and move here. If you want to be ignored, move here. I’ve asked for the regional manager’s info and they have refused, I have the emails. I’ve sent them all these pictures and they’ve done nothing about it. The water you see being wasted is coming from the building I live in and the residents for that building are paying for it. A water hose is connected to building 17, I also have a video of that. The mailboxes were broken into exactly a week ago and they never sent out an email letting residents know about it. The cameras they have around the complex, none of them work. I was fined for having a headboard outside my garage for two days and they never gave me a warning. You can clearly see another headboard in the hallway
SOLDIERS BEWARE ❗️ This is not a military friendly apartment complex. Apartment management will not accept orders when moving out. I turned in my orders to move out after an injury overseas and was denied waiver. Everyone else accepted my orders except this apartments management. I was charged for “unauthorized pet” and treatment even though lease shows I no longer had a pet. I was also charged multiple fees that were not mentioned. Neighbors will constantly smoke marijuana and they will not do anything about it. The environment is always dirty with dog feces everywhere. Individuals walking around with firearms. Many things that are not allowed per policy but addressed by tenants are ignored by management. Highly recommend soldiers to go find a military friendly apartment complex and avoid
My best friend and I moved in here Feb of 2024 and just moved out Feb of 2026. We were very disappointed when we first moved in and were told on move-in day that our apartment we had already signed for wasn’t going to be available because there was a squatter in the apartment. From there we were impressed when we were immediately given the show apartment, which was in a nicer area we will admit! From there we had minimal issues until we had next door neighbors who were smoking and it came into our vents, not the apartments fault necessarily but nothing was being done. Then, we had a German cockroach infestation and had to set our own traps and take care of it because we couldn’t schedule with when the apartment could come in because of dogs, but this is across the board. One thing I will s
I’ve since put this issue into litigation. AVOID THIS PLACE!. Let’s start with my black mold and Infestation, for going on 1.5 years I’ve had a massive issue with those little German roaches that get into everything. I’ve put in over 20 pest control requests during that time, the manager up here Muriel Hicks refuses to own up to their responsibility here, instead repeatedly blaming it on other tenants in the building who are causing it. They will spray and bait but that just causes the bugs to switch places until the coast is clear. I had a new neighbor I got to know in the few days she and her boyfriend lived here, within 3 days of living here she went to the office and management let them break lease due to the bugs. Mind you I’ve dealt with this issue for 1.5 years and they refuse to le
To the reader- Please understand that I am not a dramatic person and do not normally write reviews, but my experience with this place has been so terrible that I have to. What I’m about to write about the village of Hampton Cove is literally the tip of the iceberg. I am a very busy person. I simply don’t have enough time to list all of my grievances caused by the management of the village of Hampton Cove. Like all of the other 1 star reviews say this place is terrible. The worst thing about this place is the management. Completely toxic. If you read a review from earlier you will see someone who was threatened with eviction for writing a bad Google review after receiving the same terrible service from office staff. Every time I go into the office it’s an entirely different staff. I’ve had
