Artie was great to work with as I proactively wanted to get a 4-point inspection with wind mitigation on my home - easy to make an appointment, thorough, and reasonable cost. Our Villages Home inspector (Artie O'Neill) was extremely professional, methodical, thorough, and efficient for both our initial Home inspection and also for the Re-Inspection and 4-Point Inspection. He completed these inspections and then promptly shared the reports with both us and our realtor.
