The Lofts at Brownwood

Very nice. However parking there is mainly golf cart. We went for a party and had to walk a long way to get on the building.

Great amenities the office staff are super. Services and maintenance people very helpful. They have great biking areas and a dog run. Place is newer and set up to please.

Nice apartments if you want to live in The Villages but aren't ready to buy a house yet.

The Lofts are wonderfully maintained and managed. I recommend them very highly! The buildings and grounds are kept very clean and neat. Pest control is done regularly and without request. Maintenance requests are done quickly. Painting and cleaning of common areas in the buildings are done routinely. The employees are a pleasure to talk with.

No one at the front desk when I went to check in. Walked the entire perimeter of the building looking to check in. Found no one. Ended up back in the place I entered to find desk staff walking in from outside. Sat in the bar for 10 minutes waiting for service. Staff standing at end of the bar laughing at pics on someone's phone. I walked out and went to Pucks. Great service. No clocks in the room. Poor service and lack of a simple amenity...I'll never recommend to anyone.
