The Village Green at Annandale

I have lived here for close to a year now. Nothing but positive things to say. It is located minutes from major highways near downtown Clinton. Great size apartments, property is kept very neat and clean (Even the garbage houses are cleaned regularly!)

Clean and quiet community. The maintenance and management team are super helpful and always kind.

Highway robbery. They claim it’s high end but it’s all builder grade. Their maintenance crew is a complete joke and practically nonexistent. The electrical work is questionable at best. Almost had a fire in the wall at an electrical outlet. Then found out the microwave was on a circuit with the rest of the outlets on the wall. It’s supposed to have a dedicated line, as per the installation book for the microwave. Was told it was going to be taken care of and then told the owner changed his mind because he didn’t want all that work done while someone was living there. Had to ask repeatedly for them to provide a fire extinguisher after that incident. One of the bathroom sinks cracked (our fault). Called to have it replaced and they wanted to charge me almost $600, claiming the counter had to
