I do not recommended moving here unless you’d like to be harassed by “courtesy officers” (make believe law enforcement). Management shows favoritism to certain tenants. Apartments are affordable, maybe, but mediocre at best. You’re getting the famous “landlord special” -spray every surface with paint. If you can help it, stay away.

If no stars was a choice this would be it, went for a tour and the show apartment was great when we got our actual apt no lights in the bedroom completely plastered over (Fire hazard), carpet and flooring was covered in paint. After seeing all we cancelled our move in a month has passed we still haven't received our money back (never even moved in). Property manager says he's doing his best but yet can't answer calls/email, and only said it'll be in the mail from Nebraska, never will tell us anything else or give a higher ups info.

Janna Croot has been the best property manager I have dealt with. She is friendly and personable. She makes you feel like a friend and it's amazing given this is where I live.

Justin is so great! Me and my roomate have been looking for a place and Justin was so friendly, helped us find exactly what we are looking for. The bonus with this place is definitely the fireplace. Everyone we have met so far is very kind, parking is NOT hard at all. There are plenty of places to park. So far the complex of very quiet and peaceful.

the pool has been in this conditon or worse for the past 4 years every summer, only being available for a week at absolute most. if this is your selling point, don't falsely advertise or trust in it getting better; as it hasn't in almost a half-decade. only good for the location, poorly insulated and terrible foundation on all buildings. "construction" ""fixes"" are done in under 2 days without any prior notice towards the tennants, residents are still inside of these buildings, a severe health code violation! if you want to risk it here AND waste your hard earned cash, this is your choice. if you're sensible, pick somewhere else.
