The Village at Westmeadow

Marcos and Jeremiah came to our apartment to take care of a few maintenance issues, and they did an excellent job. They replaced the bathroom lightbulb, fixed a leak under the sink by installing a new face basin, and replaced the vent in my daughter’s bedroom that wasn’t working. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I’m very pleased with the great work they did and truly appreciate the Village at Westmeadows team for such great service.

Building maintenance staff was very helpful and polite. I called them when I was out of town during the winter storm to ask if they could set my heater for me to keep from busted pipes and they did with no problem. Thank you Marcos and Jeremiah!

I've lived here for almost 2 years now. The staff is absolutely amazing with solving any issues we have had in the past. Kelli Broomhead is always professional and solves any problems we have had. She is always kind and enthusiastic about the future regarding the complex. I also appreciate Marcos and Andrew for all the maintenance they do with our apartment as well as the amount of cleanup they have to do around Westmeadow. Thank you to the staff who are always kind and courteous to the residents.

We lived here for a year. It was perfect for us. We had issues with our washer and dryer and maintenance came within the day to problem solve the issue. Maintenance is on top of issues, and we did not feel neglected. They keep the grounds clean. They also have a system where packages are delivered to the clubhouse, and that made us feel safe while we were at work and items were delivered.

Absolutely love living here, Kelli is the boss when it comes to solving issues big or small, keeping things in order even when its just her, and keeping the place a joy to live it no matter what, Marcos and the rest of the maintenance crew are absolute legends when it comes to quick and effective fixes, never have had to ask them to come back for the same issues. Overall love living here and love the staff
